ALERT - Phishing Attempt
The NY Customer Service Center has been made aware that a company named "Bridgeway" has been sending text messages to cell phone users
advising that their credit card has been deactivated. The message directs the user to call a number provided in the text message to
reactivate their credit card.
If you receive one of these text messages, please do not call the number provided. These text messages are not from E-ZPass nor any entity
affiliated with E-ZPass. We would like to remind our customers that E-ZPass will never ask for confidential customer information,
including credit card information, via text messages or email.
