In observance of Memorial Day, the E-ZPass New York Customer Service Center will be closed on Monday, 5/26/2025. You may use our self-service options by logging into your account via our website, the Tolls NY Mobile App or the automated voice response system at 1-800-333-8655. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, 5/27/2025 from 7AM-7PM. Thank you for visiting E-ZPass NY.

Please be advised that toll transactions from the first week in April through today may be delayed in posting as we complete system upgrades. Auto replenishments, statements and other mail notifications during this period may also be impacted. During this time no fees will be charged. Please take advantage of our self-service options via the E-ZPass NY website, which includes new chat functionality, or the Tolls NY Mobile App.
